In 2003, Shri Bikram Dhir, together with his sons Mr. Sandeep Dhir and Mr. Sunny Dhir, laid the foundation of Shiv Shakti Oil & Lubricants with a simple yet powerful vision—to recover valuable resources through responsible recycling while contributing towards environmental conservation. The company began as a trusted trader of used lubricating oil. But from the very beginning, the objective extended beyond trading. The vision was to establish a modern re-refining facility capable of transforming used oil into high-quality base oil, giving valuable resources a second life through sustainable technology. That vision became the foundation of everything we have built today.
